Mike's Auto Repair got its roots in the late sixties, when owner, Mike Ruth, started tinkering with muscle cars as a teenager. His professional training began with the military, as Mike served in the Vietnam War as an airplane mechanic. Upon returning home, Mike pursued further education as an auto technician and worked for the Datsun / Nissan dealer for 10 years. In 1981, Mike and Cherryl, and their young family, headed north - from Sacramento, CA to Vancouver, WA. In 1982, Mike's Auto Repair opened the doors, and has been proudly serving Vancouver, WA since!

Mike's Auto Repair has grown to a seven-bay shop and is a certified NAPA AutoCare Center, and remains family owned and operated. We employ ASE certified technicians that are equipped to handle preventative maintenance and repairs for both foreign and domestic cars.

We provide a 12 month, 12,000 mile nationwide warranty. With this warranty we are able to provide the benefits of an established national entity while maintaining the personal touch of a family owned business.
